2.2. You must comply with all terms and conditions relating to the Beta Services or Beta Regions published on the AWS website or made available to you. AWS may add or change terms at any time, including lowering or increasing usage restrictions related to access to or use of beta services or beta regions. Service Level Agreements do not apply to beta services or beta regions. You must be authorized to use the BYOL program for the appropriate Microsoft software in accordance with your agreements with Microsoft. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required licenses and complying with all applicable Microsoft license requirements, including product usage rights/product terms. By using Microsoft software as part of the BYOL program, you agree to the Microsoft End User License Agreement. 28.7. Open with Office 365 is third-party content provided by Microsoft. By using Open with Office 365, you are subject to Microsoft`s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses from Microsoft to use Open with Office 365 and for meeting all applicable Microsoft licensing requirements. 10.4. Use of Microsoft Software. « License included. » Use of Microsoft Software on Amazon RDS is subject to Section 5.1 above and these Additional Terms: 1.4. In connection with your use of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the licenses and complying with the license terms of the software you are running. If we have reason to believe that your Content violates the law, infringes or misappropriates the rights of third parties, or otherwise violates any material provision of the Agreement (including the Documentation, Terms of Use, or Acceptable Use Policy) (« Prohibited Content »), we will notify you of the Prohibited Content and may request that such Content be removed from or access to it disabled. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may remove or disable access to Prohibited Content without notice in connection with illegal Content where the Content may interfere with or threaten the Services, or in accordance with applicable law or any judicial, regulatory or other order or request. In the event that we remove your Content without notice, we will notify you immediately, unless prohibited by law.
We will terminate the accounts of repeat offenders in reasonable circumstances. Overall, however, this acceptable use clause does not apply to specific scenarios during the zombie apocalypse. Care must also be taken to ensure that Lumberyard materials are only used during a zombie apocalypse authorized under clause 42.10 (an authorized zombie apocalypse). 42.1. Lumberyard Materials. Amazon Lumberyard consists of an engine, integrated development environment, related resources, and tools that we make available here or that we refer to as lumberyard Materials (collectively, the « Lumberyard Materials »). You are responsible for managing the licenses and adhering to the license terms for your content in your WorkSpaces. While there are some practical implications related to the AWS Terms of Service in the event of a zombie apocalypse, the legal implications for some services have been specified in detail. Especially when it comes to Amazon Lumberyard. (b) Distribution to End Users: You may use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform and distribute Lumberyard redistributables (including all permitted modifications and derivatives) as part of a Lumberyard Project (including through third parties). However, you may only do so if (i) the Lumberyard Project provides hardware content or functionality beyond those provided by the Lumberyard Redistributables themselves, (ii) Lumberyard Redistributables are integrated into the Lumberyard Project so that they cannot be used separately by end users, (iii) you do not distribute Lumberyard Redistributables as source code that we provide in file formats; that are generally compiled (e.B.C, C++) or for which we provide a compiler, and (iv) you ensure that end users are subject to terms that protect the Lumberyard Materials at least as these Terms of Use, including this Section and Sections 42.4 and 42.5 below. Subject to the restrictions in these Terms, you may sublicense these rights to your end users so that they can use, modify, create, create, and redistribute your Lumberyard Project (for example.
